IMPORTANT ANNOUNCEMENT

Phil & Jay's final OUT/Leaving Party - Friday 6th July

Over the last couple of years, both of us have grown as people and our lives have changed dramatically. Within the last six months, we have been looking at new projects and are now moving away from Somerset at the end of July, and unfortunately the rumours are true - we have taken the tough decision to say goodbye to OUT - 6th July will be our final OUT.

The last six years have been an exciting rollercoaster ride, on which many of you have been with us all the way, supporting us, nurturing us, and some of your becoming close friends.

This agonising decision wasn't taken lightly - we've always felt a strong moral responsibility to maintain a gay scene in Taunton. OUT has always been our baby, and like all good parents, we knew one day we would have to let it go! We have racked our brains to find a way where we could continue to be at the helm, but with our new commitments and location we wouldn't be able to give it our all.

We are pleased to say that we have found somebody to replace us and continue to run the night - we will be introducing the new promoter shortly!

SO... we're planning a huge party for our departure in July, and we would love to see as many of you as possible at the leaving party!
