The example savings represent the total amount of discount available over a 12-month basis. These examples may vary for fluctuate depending on seasonal variation, discontinuation of services, changes in terms or any other influencing factor not stated and either within or beyond the control of Scenequeens or the affiliate or partner.

It is regarded as the member’s responsibility to use the benefits and services to obtain the advertised member discounts and appropriate savings. Scenequeens accept no responsibility for failure to save the advertised monies or discounts without all services being used in the manner advertised.

Marketing strategy changes and amendments may lead to the reduction or alteration in pricing, terms or benefits of the membership for long or short-term periods. This will be on new business only and cannot be transferred to existing members. Incentive schemes or marketing plans based around discounted membership will not offer any additional benefits to new business, unless all existing membership is amended to reflect these additions.

OUT (Taunton & Exeter) Terms & Conditions

Entry prices for the venues are fixed as per the amount stated on the door and shall not exceed any more than the amount on the door. Variation in pricing will be advised by Scenequeens by form of door advertising and email and is within the right of the company to change at any time. Amendments are only likely during special events and acts to cover any increased costs of performance. The venue holds the right to make charges for the storage of baggage and coats within its own discretion. Payments for entry are not liable to receive any refund in any event or circumstance and is at the sole discretion of Scenequeens. Any refunds payable are as a gesture of good will and not set a precedence of a refund policy or change in terms.

The Venue and Scenequeens hold the right to refuse entry of any potential patrons without any exception. All patrons must abide by the rules of conduct of each venue and if found to be in breach of any rules will be ejected from the venue without refund. Scenequeens also holds the right to remove anyone found to be causing discomfort to any other patrons. People that are deemed to be homophobic or intolerant of any sexual preference found in our venues will be removed and barred from further events.

Scenequeens hold the right to cancel an event at any time without prior consent or advice to patrons, however, for customer satisfaction purposes we will endeavour to advice patrons within reasonable taking in account unforeseen circumstances.

eating OUT Terms & Conditions

The following terms & conditions apply solely to the 'eating OUT' dinner event:

In the event of 'eating OUT' being cancelled, Scenequeens.co.uk will refund your payment in full.

If you wish to cancel your booking, this must be done at least 7 days in advance of the event (instructions on ticket). You will then be refunded in full. Cancellations after this time will normally result in no refund being given.

The price paid includes the Starter, Main Course, and Dessert selected above, and an optional coffee. The price does not include drinks, which must be paid for on the night.

All tickets will be sent out immediately, and details should be checked on receipt. Alterations may be made up to 7 days before the event by contacting Scenequeens.co.uk.

Termination Of Membership

You may terminate your membership of this site at any time via the link in the My Account page, or by contacting us via email or telephone. Please note that in the event of termination of membership, any membership fees, which have been paid, are non-refundable
